IU Student Academic Center launches online workshops to support student success

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. -- The Student Academic Center at Indiana University Bloomington has launched the first "Click to Succeed" episodes in a series of online student help sessions.

The episodes can be streamed from the Student Academic Center blog or downloaded as a podcast. They are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

Click to Succeed will feature topics such as study strategies for tests and quizzes, effective time management, note-taking techniques and motivation. Sessions will be available in both video and audio-only versions.

"We believe that this format more closely aligns itself with the IU student lifestyle," said Chip Frederick, director of the Student Academic Center. "We hope that these brief cogent tips provoke student thought and actions that will increase their academic success here at IU Bloomington."

The Student Academic Center provides a learning atmosphere and a range of support services that enhance academic success for undergraduate students. A unit within the Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Education, the Student Academic Center offers a comprehensive program of services and courses for credit.
