'What Is Autism?' DVD answers your questions

The HANDS in Autism Interdisciplinary Training and Resource Center is distributing a DVD titled ?What Is Autism?? The free video is designed to help parents, health care professionals, educators, first responders and others learn more about individuals living with an autism spectrum disorder.

The 23-minute video features several individuals diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, portraying their stories and successes due in large part to the perseverance, planning and support of their families and caregivers.

The target audience of "What Is Autism?" is parents or caregivers, medical providers, educational personnel and others who work with or know children with autism.
